Getting Back on the Tennyson Block

Liz Rossof of Denver Nook–Denver, Berkeley, Tennyson Realtor

I am so, so excited to tell you that 2024 will see me getting back on the block where it all started for me—Tennyson St. here I come!

Beginning in February, 3832 Tennyson St. will officially be the new home of the Denver Nook. If you drive by right now you may be able to tell because we’ve already got a fresh coat of orange paint up.

After gaining so much expertise thanks to the mentoring I was fortunate to receive as a ReMax professional I will be joining Green Door Real Estate, who has been holding down the 44th block of Tennyson since 2007.

I’ll have more details about our Grand Opening in February, but I wanted to tell you why this is such a big deal for me.

Rejoining my Community

Tennyson St. is where it all started for me, as I had my first office here in 2018. It’s where I host my annual Pet Parade to raise money for the Colorado Food Pantry. And it is populated by some of my favorite businesses and business owners. Being back in proximity to all of these places and people that I love feels like a dream come true.

Creating a Real-Life Denver Nook

I’m already in the process of transforming 3832 Tennyson St. from this:

to this:

This space is an expression of my love for all the cozy nooks in my life, from my own kitchen to all of the homes that my clients and I have found together over the years.

It’s also a big step for me in terms of me putting my personal brand out there in the world, and it’s one I am ready for because of all that I have learned and experienced in my career.

Keeping my Ear to the Ground

One of the huge benefits I envision of having a physical space on Tennyson is being able to connect with people exploring one of the best streets in Denver. Real estate agents can look at statistics and comparables all day, but there’s some magic that comes from hearing directly from people about what they are looking for in a home, what’s important to them about a neighborhood, and what they are experiencing in this market. I think this space will help me double down on my local expertise.

Plus, my new location puts me 3 short blocks away GJ Gardner- the custom home builder I work with to build people their dream home when we can’t find in on the market.

I can’t wait to welcome you to the new home of the Denver Nook, coming February 2024. Thank you for joining me on this exciting journey!
