The start of the new year brings new opportunities! Sales pick up in late winter through early spring, and while the landscape can be more competitive, there are usually more homes available to choose from.

When clients I haven't spoken with for a while call for advice or a recommendation, I swoon. I love that they turn to me in these times.

I’m not a lending professional, but as a Realtor I certainly work closely with them and know from experience what kinds of practices and behaviors can make the difference between my clients closing on a deal and losing out.

In 2025 I helped 28 people with a total of 13 dogs and 4 cats buy and sell 21 properties–all those yellow pins on the map–totalling over $23M of inventory. (For reference, the orange pins are last year’s sales.)

I’m taking the leap to own my own brokerage as well because it will give me just a little more control in how I work so that I can do things my way.
