I am so happy to be back on Tennyson Street, now in a cutie little office next to the Berkeley Inn. At that size, to me the Denver Nook office officially qualifies as a nook, and I love it!

I’m going to take a bit of a detour from talking about real estate to cover one of my biggest passions: dog ownership, and how we can all make it a little easier for each other.

My favorite part about being a realtor is helping buyers, and I have extra-special superpowers when it comes to first-time homebuyers. Within that there’s an even more specific group—people moving to Denver for the first time.

I was recently on a podcast where we were talking all things real estate, and I said something I find to be very true to my experience as a realtor that I wanted to share with you all:

“My goal is not to get my client to the closing table, it is to get them and everyone they know to a closing table.”

I am currently working with a builder on a new duplex that is in process close to my new office on Tennyson St. It’s exciting to watch it take shape over time, and you can see a little bit of behind the scenes…

The Denver Real Estate market typically picks up after the Super Bowl, which will take place on February 11, 2024 whether the Broncos are there or not. From there, activity usually ramps up to the point that March, April, and May see the most competition in terms of buyers in the market.

I am so, so excited to tell you that 2024 will see me getting back on the block where it all started for me—Tennyson St. here I come!
