Denver Nook is Now an Independent Brokerage!
I’m excited to share the news that Denver Nook is now its own independent brokerage!
I started Denver Nook after a career with an international firm because I felt like I could better create an amazing customer experience by running my own business (you can read more about my path in the cover story of September’s Mile High City Lifestyle magazine).
Now, I’m taking the leap to own my own brokerage as well because it will give me just a little more control in how I work so that I can do things my way.
The Denver Nook journey has really allowed me to find my own voice, and to know what I value in the real estate process and the work I do for my clients.
What is the Denver Nook all about? I’m glad you asked!
Paying attention to your unique needs: I truly believe that the difference between buying a house and finding a home is in the details. I spend time to get to know my clients, their lifestyles, their goals, and their needs, and then translate that into the right house in the right neighborhood.
No pressure, just great advice: I never want to feel like I have to sell you a house, or convince you that a house is right for you. A home is a big purchase, and that can be stressful enough. I want to make looking for a house together fun, and one of the best ways to do that is to never force you into a timeline that isn’t right for you.
Expert knowledge of Denver & its neighborhoods: I do just really love Denver, and I’m kind of a nerd for all things real estate, so all of the professional development and scouting I do is actually one of my favorite parts of the job. Zoning laws, parks, restaurants, commutes, coffee shops, dog parks—if you ever want to talk about these in terms of Denver neighborhoods, call me and clear your schedule.
I’d like to say a big thank you to all of my mentors and colleagues who have helped me get to this point, as well as a special thank you to all of my clients who have trusted me with one of their biggest life decisions.
