Denver Nook Featured in Mile High City Lifestyle Magazine

I wanted to share the exciting news that Denver Nook is in print in the newest issue of Mile High City Lifestyle magazine!

September is the magazine’s Style issue, and I am proud that they chose to spotlight my unique style in working with my clients to buy and sell homes.

The story follows my early interest in real estate through starting my own business, and I think you’ll really enjoy the behind-the-scenes look at my path.

Since you’re here, I wanted to share one extra sidebar of tips that didn’t fit into the article’s page count. I think this exercise does a great job showing how I tailor the real estate process to the individual, and never use a one-size-fits-all approach.

Not exactly sure what you’re looking for in a house? Try this:

Make two lists.

First, write down everything you like about your current living situation that you would like to stay the same. It can be easy to lose sight of what’s working when you want a change.

Second, Write down everything different about where you want to be vs. where you are now.

Reflect on these two lists. What are your priorities? Where can you compromise?
