You’re Invited! The Denver Nook Tennyson Grand Opening on First Friday May 3rd!

The Denver Nook office at 3829 Tennyson Street is officially open, and I would love for you to join me to celebrate on Friday, May 3 from 5–8pm!

You won’t be able to miss my office because it’s bright orange, and also because it’s right next to the bright yellow Berkeley Inn, a bar that was established all the way back in 1934. I’m looking forward to working with my new neighbors there for drink specials on first Fridays and other events, including this party, so make sure you RSVP and attend to get a special Denver Nook wine tumbler that you can keep to earn those future discounts.

I have all kinds of great plans to celebrate this neighborhood that I am so excited to call my new home. There are so many amazing shops, restaurants, and businesses that are also part of the Tennyson Berkeley Business Association, and I’ll be spotlighting some of my favorites with promo items, giveaways, and deals that will help you explore and be well fed.

I can’t wait for you to take a tour of my office, my very own Denver nook that I’ve filled with intentional touches to make sure my clients feel comfortable and inspired as we buy and sell houses together. You’ll get a chance to check out the space and see what it might look like to have a meeting with me if you’re curious. I’m also planning to have works from local artists in the basement space of the office, so you’ll have the opportunity to bring home something to decorate your own nook.

And, last but not least, we’re going to CELEBRATE! I don’t know if it’s a champagne toast or a champagne smash, but we’re going to join together to ask for good luck for the Denver Nook and for all of the houses out there that we are going to make homes.
